This piece was commissioned by a client whose friends got together to make blocks for a bride's gift. She brought me the embroidered and decorated squares, then I helped determine a coordinating border. I pieced the entire throw and it is hand tied. The chosen fabrics and embroidered squares make this a beautiful piece. The bride, I understand, was very pleased with their gift.
